By voluntarily submitting reviews or “Before and After” photos, you grant ShaRique Skin permission to use the material for educational, research, or marketing purposes. 9. Digital Products & Intellectual Property
Digital products, including e-books, training manuals, and downloadable guides, are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital distribution, these products are strictly non-refundable. All digital content remains the intellectual property of ShaRique Skin and may not be redistributed or resold.
10. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Protection
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the specialized nature of our inventory, the following terms apply:
A. Raw Ingredients

Strict No-Return Policy: Due to the risk of cross-contamination and the requirement for clinical stability, all raw ingredients (e.g., Glutathione, Kojic Acid, Mandelic Acid) are non-returnable once they have left our facility. We cannot guarantee the purity of these items once they have been in a third-party environment.
B. Formulated Skincare Products

Condition of Return: Returns are only accepted if the packaging is in its original condition.

Exclusions (Skin Reactions): While we provide detailed ingredient lists and educational guidance, we do not accept returns based on individual skin reactions. Skin sensitivity is highly subjective; we urge customers to perform a patch test as directed before full application.

Valid Grounds for Return: Returns are only authorized if the product arrives physically damaged, expired, or if the incorrect item was supplied.
