ShaRique Skin does not accept returns for skincare products, supplements, or any other product due to hygiene and safety reasons. According to the South African Consumer Protection Act, consumers have the right to return goods within a specified period, typically within 7 days, if the product is defective or damaged on delivery, or if it doesn’t match the description provided by ShaRique Skin. A refund or exchange will only be issued once the product(s) have been returned to and received by ShaRique Skin within 30 days of the item being received by ShaRique Skin.
However, if the product is not defective and the consumer simply changed their mind, ShaRique Skin is not legally obligated to accept the return, according to our refund policy, although ShaRique Skin may still offer returns or exchanges as a matter of customer service on its own discretion based on individual cases. It’s essential to make sure that you understand the return policy and the CPA on skincare products and legal requirements before returning a product.
There is absolutely no returns on any digital products.
Process for returns
The buyer is required to send an email to www.shariqueskin.co.za with information and valid reasons for requesting a return. Photographs of the defective/damaged product(s) need to be attached. Once buyer’s return has been approved, the buyer is required to package the product securely to ensure the product does not break in transit.
The product you wish to return should be in the original packaging.
The seller will be provided with a waybill number that needs to be attached to the said package and needs to make themselves available for the Courier Services to pick up the returned product. If the buyer is not available, he/she needs to make arrangements with the courier services for collection. If collection is missed, ShaRique Skin, will not be held liable for delivery return costs.
