ShaRique Skin does not accept returns for skincare products, supplements, or any other physical goods due to hygiene and safety reasons.

1. Defective or Damaged Goods In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), consumers have the right to return goods if they are defective, damaged on delivery, or do not match the provided description.

  • Notification: You must notify us of the defect within 7 days of delivery.

  • Resolution: A refund or exchange will be issued once the product has been returned to and inspected by ShaRique Skin. This process is typically completed within 30 days of receipt.

2. Change of Mind- If a product is not defective and the consumer simply changes their mind, ShaRique Skin is not legally obligated to accept the return. Any returns or exchanges in these instances are handled at our sole discretion as a matter of customer service.

3. Digital Products There are strictly no returns, refunds, or exchanges on any digital products or downloads.

4. Return Process To initiate a return for a defective item:

  1. Email [email protected] with a valid reason for the return and attach clear photographs of the damage or defect.

  2. Once approved, package the product securely in its original packaging.

  3. We will provide the buyer with a waybill number to be attached to the package.

  4. The buyer must be available for the courier collection. If a collection is missed, ShaRique Skin will not be held liable for additional return costs.

While we provide detailed ingredient lists and educational guidance to help you make an informed choice, ShaRique Skin does not accept returns or offer refunds based on individual skin reactions.

  • Subjectivity: Skin sensitivity is highly individual and can be influenced by various external factors, existing routines, or underlying conditions.

  • Patch Testing: We strongly urge all customers to perform a patch test as directed before full application.

  • Expert Guidance: If you experience a reaction, please contact us for guidance on how to adjust your usage, but please note that this does not qualify the product as “defective” for a return.
