What payment methods do you accept?
South African customers can pay via Yoco or PayFast. International customers select Yoco at checkout; payments are processed in ZAR and your bank converts it to your local currency automatically.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
No. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. Returns are only accepted for products that arrive defective, damaged, or not matching their description, reported within 7 days of delivery.
