Melanin Breaker

Stubborn pigmentation like melasma and Chubaba is rarely caused by one thing, so this formula works on several pathways at once. 4-Butylresorcinol and SymWhite 377 both block tyrosinase — the enzyme that makes melanin — at the source; Tranexamic Acid interrupts the inflammatory and vascular signals that keep melasma coming back; and a stable, deep-penetrating Vitamin C neutralises the free radicals that trigger new pigment. It corrects without any traditional bleaching agents, and sits on a barrier-supporting base of ceramides, shea butter and soy lecithin to keep skin calm — because in darker skin tones, irritation itself drives rebound darkening.

Because this contains several strong actives, introduce it gradually. In the first three weeks, apply a small amount to clean, dry skin every third night. If your skin stays comfortable, build up slowly towards nightly use. A daily broad-spectrum SPF 50 is essential — ongoing UV exposure causes pigmentation to recur and undoes your progress.

For stubborn, recurring melasma, Chubaba, PIH and sun spots on healthy oily, normal, combination or dry skin.

Please note: this is a potent formula. It is not suitable for a compromised skin barrier, severely dehydrated or very dry skin, or sensitive skin. If in doubt, repair your barrier first and introduce it slowly.

Patch test: apply a small amount to the inner forearm or behind the ear, wait 24–48 hours and check for irritation before full use.

How is it different from a normal brightener? It uses four actives on different pathways at once, rather than one — built for pigmentation that has plateaued on standard products.

Will it bleach my skin? No — it regulates the enzymes that make pigment; it does not use bleaching agents.

How often should I use it? Start every third night for the first three weeks, then build up as your skin allows. Always wear SPF 50 in the day.
